Hi, my name is André and I'm the creator of The Longevity Hub. My journey toward a healthier life began when I realized I could no longer treat health as something to think about only after something goes wrong.
After a blood test showed signs of pre-diabetes, I started changing my habits slowly, consistently and not always perfectly. Over time, I realized that learning what to do was only the first step. The real challenge was understanding how it works, why it matters and how to actually stick to it.
That experience led me to study, test and refine a practical approach to longevity, one that works in real life.
Today, as a certified longevity mentor who continues to evolve and deepen his knowledge, my mission is to help people make better-informed decisions before they are forced to change by a health crisis.
